About me
Nkululeko Hadebe
I am an HPCSA-registered mental health practitioner based in Fourways, Sandton, offering professional support for a wide range of mental health challenges experienced by children, young adults and families. My services include psychotherapy, psychological assessments, general psychological consultations, and wellness workshops.
With primary training in psychodynamic therapy, I work with clients to explore root causes leading to their emotional challenges, and foster healing and empowerment. Depending on each client’s unique needs, I integrate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) into tailored intervention plans.
We provide a range of psychological assessments designed to promote cognitive growth, socio-emotional well-being, and resilience across life's stages.
